Anne Lynch Botta correspondence, 1835-1855.

Two letters written to Anne Lynch Botta by Theodore Sedgwick (1852) and Lizzie Sherwood (1855), and one letter from Botta to Miss Anna Platt of Albany, N.Y. (1835). All three were written before her marriage to Vincenzo Botta; letters from Sherwood and Sedgwick are addressed to "Miss Lynch," and the letter to Anna Platt is signed A.C.L. In the 1855 letter Sherwood sends her congratulations to both Anne and "Professor Botta" on their marriage.
